MCAT® Test Dates and Score Release Dates for 2026
Planning your MCAT® test date is just as important as studying for it. Missing a scheduling deadline or misunderstanding score release dates can throw off your entire application cycle. To help you stay on track, we’ve compiled the official 2025 and 2026 MCAT testing calendars for U.S. testing centers, complete with scheduling deadlines and score release dates.
Every MCAT® applicant should know:
- Start time: Most exams begin at 8:00 a.m. local time unless otherwise noted.
- Score release: Scores are released by 5:00 p.m. ET on the official release date.
- Deadlines: All scheduling deadlines fall at 11:59 p.m. local test center time on the day listed.
⚠️ Tip: The 10-Day Deadline is your last chance to schedule, reschedule, or cancel and to update registration information like your name or address.
💡 New in 2026: For the first time ever since Jack Westin was founded 13 years ago, the AAMC is offering February MCAT® test dates. This change creates an additional early-window opportunity for students who want their scores ready well in advance of the application cycle.
